In the name of God, Amen.

I Morris Appleget of Green Township, Sussex County New Jersey, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, in the manner following.

First It is my will and I do order that all my property both real and personal shall be sold within two years after my decease; and my funeral expenses and just debts paid and satisfied as soon as they conventiently can be.

I give and bequeath unto my wife Margaret two hundred dollars, as she may select out of my house hold goods, after appraisement; and the interest of all the remainder for her own use and that of my two daughters: the executor may purchase a house and lot for her and my daughters a home, if she desires it, and the interest of the balance, made as above stated, should she marry or decease, then the whole to be divided equally among or between my two daughters, should either or both of my daughters marry she shall not be bound to maintain her or them; should either of my daughters die under age of twenty one years, and without lawful issue, her share shall go the remainder daughter.

Item - I give and bequeath unto my brother John S. Applegit Three hundred and twenty five dollars to be paid in half yearly payments in sums of twenty five dollars until all is paid; the said payments not to commence until one year after my decease, and to be paid to him and him only for his own particular use and benefit; if not so disbursed, to remain for the use of my wife and daughters Should he die before all is paid then the remainder to go to my wife and childred as before directed.

Lastly, I do hereby appoint my friend Richard Applegit executor of this my last will and testament.
